This page is a plain-language summary for a small founder-led recruiting practice. It is not a substitute for legal advice.

What we collect

If you email us, we receive whatever you include in that message (for example your name, company, role details, and contact information). We do not run advertising trackers on this site. Basic hosting logs may record standard technical data such as IP address and browser type.

How we use it

We use contact information to respond to hiring inquiries, discuss potential recruiting engagements, and—if we work together—to run a search. We do not sell personal information.

Candidate information

When we work with candidates, we limit information to what is needed for the search, keep track of where it came from, and obtain permission before introducing a candidate to a client. Candidates control where their information is submitted.

Retention

We keep inquiry and engagement records only as long as needed for the relationship, legitimate business needs, or legal requirements.
